Rent vs Buy, I got the call today... (Charlottesville Real Estate)
Today I was talking with a woman who is relocating to Charlottesville and is looking for a Rental.
I asked the question: why are you looking to rent vs buy?
She had the Perfect answer: I will only be living in Charlottesville for about 2 years.
Bravo!!!
imagine if more people had this answer 3 years ago.... our country may not be in this mess.
